General Information
PA1 Model is a synthetic rubber type sensitive hot melt adhesive, which is mainly used for high performance label applications requiring high initial adhesion and peel strength, such as supermarket label. The product is light in color, with good initial adhesion, peel strength and retention, as well as strong wet ability to the substrate.
Recommended Usage:
Supermarket label, or other high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive label related applications requiring high initial adhesion and peel strength.
Basic Specifcaition
Appearance: light yellow transparent solid
Softening point:106℃ Viscosity: 8300CPS
Suggestions:
It is suitable for all kinds of typical hot melt sizing systems, such as slot scraping and roll coating.
Operating temperature: 150 ℃ - 180 ℃, depending on machine equipment, coating substrate and working environment.
Packing:

Storage and quality assurance
Under the dry and cool storage environment of 10 ℃ - 35 ℃, the shelf life of the product is 24 months from the production date on the basis of complete packaging. During storage, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and high heat environment.
Operation Note:
Do not mix with other hot-melt adhesives to prevent operation and quality problems caused by mixing. Please wear personal protective equipment to prevent scald caused by using under high temperature. Please install exhaust equipment to eliminate smoke and steam generated under high heat Please adhere to the principle of "first in first use" to avoid overdue use of products.
